What promotional tools are available?
ARCH offers many promotional tools, with ARCH banners being the most popular.
ARCH banners will be changing every 2 weeks, to keep them fresh in your surfer's
minds. ARCH also uses full page, half page and console page ads as well as
buttons and text links. There is promotional material for all the sites that
ARCH offers. The only promotional rule ARCH adheres to is NO SPAMMING. Anyone
caught spamming newsgroups, or e-mail addresses will be removed from the program
without pay.
How much can I make for a commission?
Commission rates are based on a couple of different factors.
First:
Commissions are paid on sales of ALL products - not just a select
few items.
Second:
Commission percentage rates are calculated by different tiers according to the
monthly sales volume that a Sales Affiliate sends to our online store.
Sales:
$0 - $1000 = 3%
$1001 - $2000 = 4%
$3001 - $4000 = 5%
$5001 - $6000 = 6%
And so on to a maximum of 10%
Can I have more than one ARCH account?
Yes, you can have more than one ARCH account, although you cannot sign up for
more than one ARCH account per 24 hours.
How do I change my email address on my ARCH account?
To have your email address changed email your appointed Publisher Account Rep
from the email address listed on your ARCH account if possible. with your
account number and password along with the new email address that you want
logged on your account.
Who do I contact in regards to SPAM emails I am receiving?
Any SPAM emails that you receive go to abuse@archcomputing.com. Please send the
SPAM email in question as an attachment. Also be sure to include the entire
headers in the attachments as well as the entire email.

Can I change my payouts to weekly, instead of monthly?
We do not offer a once a weekly payment plan. We established a minimum pay-out
of $25.00 before we cut a check. You will then be paid on the first Monday of
the following month
How do I change my email address on my ARCH account?

I can't login to my account. It just kicks me back to the
login page. What can I do?
First delete any ARCH bookmarks that you may have and then delete your cookies
and temporary internet files. After doing this, shut down your browser and then
restart it and try logging in again. If this does not do the trick then you will
have to check your browser's security settings and make sure they are not set
too high and that your browser accepts all cookies. If you are still having
problems contact Affiliate Support.
Can I check how much money I earned since last payout?
Yes, you can check how much you made since your last payout. All you have to do
is go to stats and select the dates that you wish to see the payout for and then
click generate report and you will have the amount made for the dates selected..
I was wondering if I could get my payment paid via Paypal, and how would I go
about doing this?
First you must go to http://www.paypal.com and signup for an account with them.
Once you get that completed, then login to your account, and then into the
account admin section. Click on the link that takes you to Paypal. Just fill out
the info and it will be set up for you.
How long does it take for a payment to reach my Paypal
account?
When Paypal payments are sent, they are received immediately, just like direct
deposit.
Is there a limit to how much a check will be cut for in a pay period, or do
you send exactly what was made no matter how much?
What you get paid depends on a couple things. If you don't reach your minimum
payout, a payment isn't sent to you and the money carries over until you do
reach your minimum payout, at which time it is paid in full.
What happens if your email address you have on record with ARCH wasn't
affiliated with your PayPal account when payment was sent? Do I contact you and
have you resend it or do you guys send it via snail mail if you get back errors
from PayPal?
If the payment can't be delivered, we will get an email back with all the
details about it. We will then contact you about it and figure out how to
resolve the payment issue.
