AFFILIATE PRIVACY POLICY
ARCH is committed to establishing and maintaining a trusting
relationship with ARCH Members. ARCH takes Members' privacy seriously and is
committed to complying with all applicable privacy laws. However, in order to
conduct business, we must collect from Members certain personally identifiable
information.
In the past, an occasional concern has been raised as to what we do with
Members' social security numbers or employer identification numbers. ARCH will
not disclose such information to any third parties unless we are compelled to do
so by court order, subpoena, or other legal process.
If, as a Member in the ARCH program, you feel we are falling short in our
commitment to maintain your privacy, please let us know. Any feedback you
provide to help us meet your expectations in this regard is appreciated.
