ARCH COMPUTING SERVICES, INC. SERVICE PUBLISHER AGREEMENT
TERMS OF USE
INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Web Property ("the Site") operated by ARCH Computing Services,
Inc. ("ARCH") a Colorado corporation. By your use of the Site, you are agreeing
to comply with and be bound by the terms set forth in this agreement. If you do
not agree to be bound by these terms, you may not use information from the Site.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between ARCH and you, and
supercedes all prior or contemporaneous, representations, warranties and
understandings with respect to the Site. ARCH reserves the right to amend this
agreement at any time without notice to you. You should review this agreement
prior to each use of the Site.
PAYMENTS
ARCH will mail payments to its affiliates on the first Monday of the month, as
long as the minimum commission amount has been reached by the first day of the
month. The minimum commission amount, unless otherwise requested by the
affiliate will be (twenty-five) $25.00USD. No payments will be made to any
affiliate until a W-9 form has been completed and mailed, faxed or emailed to
ARCH Computing Services; Inc. You can download the W-9 document from
HERE!
The completed W-9 form may be submitted to ARCH Computing Services in any of the
following ways:
a.) Email the completed form to
taxes@archcomputing.com
b.) Fax it to 719-579-8640
c.) Mail it to:
ARCH Computing Services, Inc.

Colorado Springs, CO 80906-7766
No payments will be made to any affiliate until a W-9 form has been
completed and received by ARCH Computing Services; Inc.
COPYRIGHT
The content, organization, design, graphics, and other matters related to the
Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary
rights. You may not copy, redistribute, use or publish any part of the Site,
except as allowed under "Limited Right to Use" below.

service marks of ARCH in the United States and other countries.
LIMITED RIGHT TO USE
The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, video, audio, graphic, form
or document from the Site grants you only a revocable, nonexclusive license to
use such materials solely by you, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may
not publish, distribute, assign, sublicense, sell, prepare derivative works, or
make other use of the materials on the Site.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold ARCH and its respective directors,
officers, shareholders, employees, agents, attorneys, advertisers and publishers
harmless from any liability, loss, claim or expense, including reasonable
attorneys’ fees, related to your use of the Site or violation of this agreement.
NON-TRANSFERABLE
Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to
you to obtain information or documents from the Site is not transferable.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All information provided or available from or through the Site are provided
"as-is" and "as available" and all warranties, express or implied, are
disclaimed including, but not limited to, (a) any information or computer
programs available from or through the Site, or the Site itself, will be
merchantable or fit for a particular purpose, (b) that any information or
computer programs available from or though the Site, or the Site itself, will be
uninterrupted or error free, (c) that there are no viruses or other harmful
components, (d) that the security methods employed will be sufficient, or (e)
against interference with your enjoyment of the information or computer programs
or against infringement. No information or advice, whether oral or written, you
obtain from Innovative, from or through the Site shall create any warranty,
representation or guarantee not expressly set forth in this agreement.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Site may now, or hereafter, contain links to third-party websites. ARCH does
not control, investigate or monitor such sites and is not responsible for the
information, content or computer programs available from or on such sites.
Inclusion of a link on the Site does not imply approval or endorsement by ARCH
of the linked site.
MISCELLANEOUS
This agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in
Colorado Springs, Colorado, and should be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the state of
Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. By use of the Site, you
expressly submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of courts
sitting in El Paso County, Colorado. Should any party of this agreement be held
invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and
effect.
