In the event that you experience lost data,
immediately contact ARCH Computing Services. While contacting
us, please refrain from running any utilities such as scandisk and/or defrag
on the media in question. Using any of these measures can make a recovery
more difficult if not impossible.
ARCH Computing Services offers data recovery solutions remotely, on-site, or
in-house. Your media must be in working order for us to perform recoveries
remotely. In-house recoveries will be performed in a class 100
clean room or better if necessary.
